ICT – Chain Pre-insulated

ICT pre-insulate chain terminals, is a fast way to terminate a conductor with a pre-insulated terminal. Conventional brass chain terminals, require insulation to be added as a secondary operation, however ICT does this all in one.

• Crimp rates of 1200 terminals per hour, compared to 100 per hour by hand
• Funnel entry terminals allowing easy conductor entry, and minimising substandard crimps
• Significant labour savings, and minimising of repetitive strain injuries (RSI)
• Conductivity 99.9% IACS
• Voltage rating 300V
• Temperature rating 105°C
