Product Description
Cabac Metal Detectable Cable Ties are made from Polyamide 6.6 with metal-detectable additives for traceability. The dark blue colour enhances detection during visual inspections, while the high-grade materials are impregnated with metal particles for X-ray and metal detection. These cable ties are designed for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing facilities where contamination control is critical. They provide three detection modes – visual, magnetic, and X-ray – for enhanced contamination control.

Applications
Used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing facilities for contamination control. These cable ties provide three modes of detection:
- Visual Detection – The distinctive blue colour allows easy identification of contamination.
- Magnetic Detection – Metal content can be detected by standard metal detectors.
- X-ray Detection – Cable ties can be identified using X-ray equipment.
Cabac Metal Detectable Cable Ties are impregnated with metal particles dispersed throughout the head and body, enabling detection of any part of the tie by metal detectors or X-ray equipment. These ties are also suitable for securing cables and components in environments with strict safety requirements and are commonly used in machinery maintenance to prevent loose or detached components.
Important Note
There are many different types of metal detectors, X-ray machines, and technologies. Before installation, always test the machines to ensure they detect the cable ties effectively.
