Facebook Like & Win Competition Terms and Conditions
- The Promoter is: Legend Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 69 102 631 087) whose registered office is at 8 Distribution Place, Seven Hills 2147.
- Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the competition are via MSS Data Solutions Facebook page
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry is 11.59pm AEST Sunday 19th September 2021. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Entrant must Like the current giveaway post on the MSS Data Solutions Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/mssdatasolutions - The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Prize is as follows: Cassette Cleaning Kit (model CLEANKIT1) RRP $239.00. - Winners will be chosen (“Draw”): by random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and/or its agents. The Draw will be held at 11am AEST on Tuesday 21st September 2021. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional entries in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
- To be a valid Winner, the Entrant must still be liking the MSS Data Solutions Facebook page at time of Draw.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook within 5 days of the Draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the Prize can be collected / is delivered.
- The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Cash or alternatives will not be offered.
- Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and the ultimate Prize redemption date. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize. Each Prize must be taken as stated. The Winner is responsible for any fees associated with owning and maintaining the Prize. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other Prize, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize comes with a standard warranty.
- The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this promotion remains the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner, or any other Entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Entrant’s prior consent.
- The Winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page and available 28 days after Draw by emailing the following address: admin.marketing@legend.com.au.
