Product Description
Cabac Steel Pawl Cable Ties are designed for high-strength cable bundling in applications exposed to vibration, movement and increased mechanical loads. Manufactured with a halogen-free Polyamide 6.6 (PA66) body and a 316 stainless steel locking pawl, they provide a secure, permanent lock and superior tensile performance. UV stabilised for outdoor use and featuring rounded edges to minimise cable damage during installation, the range is ideal for commercial, industrial, infrastructure and transport electrical installations.
Material: Halogen-free Polyamide 6.6 (PA66) body with 316 stainless steel pawl.
Operating Temperature: Installation: –20°C to +85°C. Working: –60°C to +85°C. Short term: up to +110°C.
Flammability Rating: UL 94 V-2; Plenum Rated AH-2.
UV Stabilised: Yes.
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to oils, greases, bases and chlorinated solvents.
Halogen Content: Halogen free to EN 14582:2016.
Compliance: RoHS (EU) 2015/863, REACH (EC) 1907/2006 and TSCA (USA) compliant.
PAH Content: Pass – AfPS GS 2019:01 PAK Category 2b.
