Browsing for information has never been easier with search bar suggestions. Whether you are searching for a specific product or a broad range, the new search bar provides results on your query of recommended products, categories, brands, and knowledge-based articles.
Within the search suggestions box, you can even refine your search before seeing the full results.
Search your Transactions
Once you log in you can even search for past orders and their associated invoices by product, your order reference number, date, or order and much more.
Browse by Category
We have created a more intuitive Category hierarchy so you can easily browse through our product categories; and once you are on a product listing page you can filter your products by brand, sub-categories, or other technical attributes.
Easier Ordering
Our new Quick Order section allows you to upload your pre-defined bulk list of products or quickly add by part number or name before moving straight to check-out.
You can also choose to quickly load your cart with products from a previous online or offline order and proceed to checkout in one click.
Easier Account Management
You can now update your account details, add new shipping addresses as well as see past transaction history and check the status of an Order. Shipment tracking information will also be available on order details.
Our new My Account area lets you download your invoices and export your purchases in Excel format for easy upload into your accounting software.
You can also view the quotes you have received from us and, if the products are available online, add them easily to your cart to checkout.
You will also be able to easily check your account balance, if you have trading terms with us, and make payments using your credit card.
Better Add to Cart Functionality
Once logged in, you can add products from a category, brand, or product page easily with just one click. You will be provided with your customer specific pricing and be able to check out using your payment terms.
Our mini-cart feature lets you quickly review what you have in your cart on page and proceed directly to checkout from there if you wish.
Stronger Product Detail Pages
Every product now has zoomable images and a richer set of product attributes, providing you with more information than ever before to make an informed purchasing decision.
Multiple Product Lists
Create and save product lists based on your project requirements. Creating multiple lists allows you to plan multiple upcoming jobs. You can save your lists for review later, adding to your cart and check out, or submit for a quote if you are buying in unusually large quantities.
Smarter Checkout Options
In the checkout you will be able to choose your payment type – on terms if applicable or securely checkout using your credit card. You will also be provided with available freight options based on your delivery address and the products in your cart. Quickly and easily make your choice and process your order.
